Built for Club Management Software
Golf club payment processing
built for member statements
CSIPay is the embedded payments platform for golf and private club software in the Constellation ecosystem. Dues, pro shop, dining, and guest fees roll up to the member statement and settle from inside your product.
At a private club, almost nothing is paid at the counter.
A member club runs on the house account. A round with guests, lunch on the patio, a new glove from the pro shop, and cart fees all post to the member's account through the day, then roll up with monthly dues and any food minimum into a single month end statement. Member statement billing is the real payment event at a club, and it happens once a cycle, not at every register.
Private club billing software that treats each charge like a retail sale misses how the money actually moves. CSIPay embeds the payment layer in your club software so charges accumulate on the account, the statement bills to the member's stored card or chosen method, and every line reconciles back to the department that earned it.
Everything club software needs to run the account cycle.
Member statement billing
Bill the full month end statement, dues and charges together, against the member's payment method on file.
House account charging
Post pro shop, dining, and course charges to member accounts throughout the month.
Dues and initiation billing
Collect recurring dues and one time initiation or capital fees through the same embedded layer.
Event and guest payments
Take card payment from non members for outings, events, and guest fees at the point of sale.
Security built in
Member cards on file and every settlement are protected to PCI DSS Level 1.
Revenue for your platform
Club payment volume becomes platform revenue through our partnership and PayFac as a Service models.
A payments partner that understands the clubhouse.
CSIPay is the embedded payments platform for Constellation Software and Jonas Group companies, including the software that runs courses and clubs. That means the payments roadmap is shaped by vertical software realities like statement cycles and department reconciliation, and the processing relationship stays inside the ecosystem.
Clubs expect quiet reliability, and the numbers behind CSIPay deliver it: more than 4,000 merchants processing, PCI DSS Level 1 certification, and a 99.9% uptime SLA across the US and Canada, including card not present payments in Canada, which is how a month end statement run actually bills.
What that means for you
- Built for the club software inside Constellation and Jonas Group
- One partner from the pro shop register to the statement run
- PCI DSS Level 1 protection on member cards, with a 99.9% uptime SLA

Club billing questions.
How does member statement billing work with CSIPay?
Charges from the pro shop, dining room, and course post to the member's house account through the month inside your club software. At cycle close, the statement, including dues and any minimums your software applies, bills to the member's stored payment method, and the payment posts back against the statement.
Can members still pay individual charges by card?
Yes. Members and guests can pay at the point of sale anywhere in the club, and members can choose to settle their statement balance online rather than by stored card, all through the same embedded layer.
What about initiation fees and assessments?
One time fees such as initiation, capital, or assessment charges bill through the same system as monthly dues, so a member's complete financial history with the club lives on one account record.
Why do club platforms embed payments rather than use a standalone processor?
Because club money is account based. A standalone processor sees isolated transactions, while the club needs charges, dues, and statement payments tied to the member account. Embedding CSIPay keeps the entire cycle inside the club software.
