Constellation Payments Names Shelley Joyce Interim Vice President of Product to Lead CSIPay Growth and Migration

Payments industry veteran to drive go-to-market execution and platform migration through year-end 2026
MARKHAM, ON — July 24, 2026 — Constellation Payments (CPP), the payment processing arm of Jonas Software, today announced the appointment of Shelley Joyce as Interim Vice President of Product. Joyce will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for CPP’s CSIPay gateway platform and oversee the migration of merchants from the legacy Payrix platform to CSIPay through year-end 2026.
 
Joyce joins Constellation Payments following an executive role at The Strawhecker Group (TSG), a leading advisory firm to the global payments industry, and an advisory practice serving payments-industry clients including Visa and JPMorgan on go-to-market strategy and platform migration. Her career spans deep expertise in payments platform commercialization, ISV partner enablement, and portfolio migration at scale — the exact capabilities Constellation Payments needs during the current phase of the CSIPay rollout.
 
CSIPay, Constellation Payments’ proprietary payments platform, launched commercially on July 1, 2026 and is currently processing across three channel partners with more than 150 merchants live on the platform. The company’s next milestones are 1,500 merchants live on CSIPay by end of Q3 and the full 2,500-merchant migration from Payrix completed by year-end.

Joyce’s appointment follows the departure of Joe Hargreaves, who has served as Vice President of Product at Constellation Payments through the CSIPay launch and initial migration waves. Hargreaves is leaving to pursue new opportunities outside of the payments industry and Jonas Software. “Joe made real contributions through the CSIPay launch and the initial migration waves, and we wish him the very best in his next chapter,” Autin said.
 
Joyce will step into the Product organization effective July 17, 2026 and will work closely with Chief Technology Officer Julian Devassy, Director of Sales & Marketing Joe Morris, and the Constellation Payments leadership team on migration execution, partner engagement, and 2027 roadmap planning.
