How does a no show deposit work in salon software?
The client's card is charged a deposit when the appointment is booked, and the deposit is applied to the service total at checkout. If the client does not show, the salon keeps the deposit per its policy, and the whole sequence is recorded on the appointment in your software.
Can tips be directed to the right stylist or therapist?
Yes. Tips captured at checkout are routed to the provider who performed the service, so a ticket with two providers can tip both correctly.
Can a spa sell a package of treatments up front?
Yes. A prepaid series is sold in one payment and redeemed visit by visit, with the remaining balance tracked on the client record inside your platform.
